President signs anti-crisis bill into law

KYIV, November 4. /UKRINFORM/. Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko has signed into law the bill on priority measures to prevent negative aftereffects of the financial crisis, and amend some legal acts, which was adopted in parliament on October 31 this year, the presidential press service reported.

The law guarantees economic security of the state, minimization of possible losses of Ukraine's economic and financial systems from the finance crisis that involved the majority of industrialized countries.

The law will work until final settlement of the financial and economic situation in Ukraine, but no longer than until January 1, 2011.
