Water levels stable throughout the country

SKOPJE, March 5. (MIA). Situation with water levels throughout Macedonia is stable. The Ohrid Lake water level remains unchanged from previous days, whereas changes have not been registered in Globocica and Spilje reservoirs.

Ministry of Transport and Communications spokesman Dragan Simonovski said at Friday's press conference that despite overnight rainfalls in Ohrid, the water level has not risen.

According to information from the Hydro Meteorological Office, Friday's forecast is overcast weather with rainfalls and snow, especially in the country's northwest.

The Government's Coordinating Body for Prevention of Natural Disasters is continually monitoring developments and undertakes required preventive measures.
